A letter to the Residents:
Dear Residents,
This is Joe Trippi the President of the Oaks Neighborhood Watch,
I am here to tell you that of January 1st, 2011 The Oaks Watch is shutting down.
There will be no More Oaks Neighborhood Watch.
The website is closing, and the Camera’s we are selling, to make a profit to pay our bills.
We are not getting enough support of the residents of the Oaks.
We hate to bother you with this news but extreme measures have to be taken. I am trying to make the payments and no money in our bank to pay our Bills.
Unless we get the money to pay for the Camera’s we will have to sell them to make money to pay for them. And we cannot keep up with the bills to keep our Camera’s, Website, or email. It’s not a matter of cutting corners it’s a matter of this neighborhood giving back to the Oaks Watch. Just remember we try our best to help join the K.P.D. and the O.S.D. in keeping this neighborhood Safe and as of January 1st. you will no longer have us around nor the Camera’s
I am extremely happy of the same Friends coming to our rescue, but this time the rest of the neighborhood needs to help, this is your neighborhood too. We don’t do this for a living and we do not get paid for doing it.
Everyone who is connected with the neighborhood Watch Works, and they find time to help their neighborhood become a safe neighborhood.
So if we cannot get help from our own neighborhood we cannot survive and we will have to shut down.
