IF YOUR A GOOD RENTER WE ARE NOT TALKING ABOUT YOU!
We are talking about the "TRASH" Renters
in our neighborhood!!
The renters who park their cars in their yard like it's a trailer trash community. Or put Garbage in their yard and do not pick up after themselves. Invite people in huge 4 x 4's and they run over the neighbors lawns and leave HUGE tire tracks on their neighbors lawn, then have a large amount of cars in their driveway and in the streets putting some kind of chemical that leaks into the street. This is uncalled for, and it IS happening every day here in the Oaks!!
(This just happened this past week-end - 7/17/11)
They come to our neighborhood and have absolutely no respect for it. Most of us have no respect for them.
Residents call the Oaks Watch and ask us what to do. Call Code Enforcement, that is what we are told to do.
These are the renters that we are talking about!! The ones that do not respect others, or our neighborhood!! Trash!!

We have been told that code enforcement works on Saturday, give it a try on Saturday or call Law Enforcement
Please call if you have a person that is disrespecting our neighborhood!!
I know for a fact that we have awesome people that rent in this neighborhood, and I back them up 100% they are awesome people with a lot of respect. I think that those people deserve great respect 100% there are 90% renters that do, but there are about 10 % of the renters ruining it for everyone else by trashing the neighborhood, and It gives our neighborhood a bad name a bad look etc....
Residents complain to us and I am sick and tired of it and it has to be spoken about, so it's NOT ALL RENTS but it has to be said and there has to be something done about it, For those who have had something to say about what I said in the Past, YOU KNOW I AM NOT TALKING ABOUT YOU ! I am talking about DEAD BEATS IN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD. Not ones that have a nice home and it looks nice you have nothing to worry about,
BUT If you have cars parked all over your home ....in the back...on the side....in the front....etc then I'm talking to YOU!! You don't fix your Cars and leak oil and ant freeze all over the streets! You have Oil Stains all over the front of your home from your cars... EITHER GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER OR LEAVE OUR NEIGHBORHOOD.
Now I don't want to get emails about "we are renters and we are good.....If you read this properly I AM NOT TALKING ABOUT YOU!!!! I am talking about a whole different type of person, NOT YOU.
Like I said, If you fit this persona of Parking your cars all over and have oils stains from your cars because you Fix your cars and let Oil stain leak and you have trash in your yard, and have your friends run their 4x4 over your neighbors lawn, then I'm talking about you!!! otherwise.....
