Please call Code Enforcement instead of the Oaks Watch, Police, or even the H.O.A. They are responsible for a neighbors Grass taller than 12 inches, a car parked leaking oil. A car with no plates sitting for a long period of time etc..... - Watering Restrictions - Do not go by the Television commercials, the Oaks has it's own rules and regulations concerning - when to water and when not to water.
